My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were even better than many 5-star hotels in Amman, very clean, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the good sushi restaurant on the roof and the amazing open buffet by Chefs Moarasem, Nisween, and Khaldun on the ground floor restaurant. The staff were friendly without being over the top, and always made sure everything was going well.

The service was very caring, with a few exceptions, and the manager of the rooftop was especially attentive. They offered various services like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, valet parking, welcome drink, tours/ticket assistance, and happy hour.

The location was perfect for me, being close to the new hotels, rooftop restaurants, and shops in the new downtown. It was very convenient for exploring downtown Amman. The staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and efficient, offering great hospitality and service, especially from the Guest Relations Manager, Albena Ivanova.

I had a phenomenal dining experience, especially enjoying good food and being among Jordanian families during brunch. Fadi made our breakfast experience a perfect 10/10 with exceptional service. The buffet was very good, and the homemade pizza was a treat!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room on the 12th floor was newly renovated and offered amazing views, great comfort, and superb amenities. However, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the room. The service was overall pleasant despite being a bit slow at times. The location in a business district, away from roadside shopping, was convenient for car access, with free parking. The dining experience was good with a variety of options, including live cooking stations for traditional Arabic food. The facilities were comfortable and well-maintained.
