Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were even better than many 5-star hotels in Amman, very clean, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the good sushi restaurant on the roof and the amazing open buffet by Chefs Moarasem, Nisween, and Khaldun on the ground floor restaurant. The staff were friendly without being over the top, and always made sure everything was going well.
The hotel offers spacious and very modern rooms with unique city views. The service was attentive, especially late at night, providing care from my arrival. The location is convenient, with some caution needed for the taxi services nearby. The dining experience was good with a rich selection of dishes. The facilities were well-equipped and enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room on the 12th floor was newly renovated and offered amazing views, great comfort, and superb amenities. However, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the room. The service was overall pleasant despite being a bit slow at times. The location in a business district, away from roadside shopping, was convenient for car access, with free parking. The dining experience was good with a variety of options, including live cooking stations for traditional Arabic food. The facilities were comfortable and well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spacious and comfortable, but there were some issues with basic supplies like a missing toothbrush. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff, although the location next to a highway was a bit noisy. The dining experience was good, but the facilities could use some improvements.
The hotel is fantastic with spacious rooms and excellent front office staff, but the location is not ideal being near the main highway. The service is top-notch with great professional assistance, yet the dining options are not entirely satisfying despite good food. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and quiet, although they lacked some essential items. The service was exceptional, especially from the Guest Relations Manager, Albena Ivanova, and the extra support from the Landmark crew. The location in Amman was convenient, but the noise from the main highway was a drawback. The dining experience was average, and the facilities met my needs overall.
